The Respiratory Care Department at Coosa Valley Medical Center offers diagnostic and therapeutic health care to inpatients and ambulatory care patients of all ages. This department is responsible for the treatment and care of patients with cardiopulmonary illnesses and/or respiratory insufficiency or distress. The Respiratory Care Department strives to offer quality services to meet the needs of our patients. A competent Respiratory Team is here to serve you seven (7) days per week twenty-four (24) hours per day.

We also provide quality diagnostic lung measurements by performing complete Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) in our newly added Lab with state of the art diagnostic equipment. These services are offered through physician referral Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm.
